01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "phw9," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of phw9.cam and all associated gaming services available under that domain.
• "Platform" means the website phw9.cam, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimized versions, and any affiliated applications operated by phw9.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered user who holds a phw9 account and uses the Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a Player upon successful registration and verification on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, representing funds deposited and available for wagering or withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback awards, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a phw9 promotion, subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from a personal payment method and credited to the Player's Wallet, exclusive of Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process requiring Players to submit identity and proof-of-address documentation as required by phw9 and applicable regulations.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable laws.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the phw9 Platform, including browsing the website, registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and phw9. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact phw9 support to close your Account if one has already been created.

phw9 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review this page periodically.

03 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the phw9 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with Philippine laws governing casino-style gambling and online gaming. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.

3.2 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on phw9, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person (corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted for gaming purposes);
• Not be a resident or citizen of a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of phw9, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or regulatory ban from online gaming;
• Be legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to engage in online gaming activities.

3.3 Account Registration

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must not use a false identity, alias, or another person's personal information when registering.

phw9 limits each individual to one Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts associated with the same individual — whether through the same device, IP address, payment method, or identity documents — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.

04 Account Management

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phw9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. phw9 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access occurred through no fault of phw9.

You must notify phw9 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

phw9 may require you to complete KYC verification at any time, including before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or wagering thresholds, or if phw9 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity. Required documents typically include a government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), a recent proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4.3 Account Suspension and Closure

phw9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice if phw9 reasonably determines that you have breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of closure for breach, Real Money Funds in your Wallet (net of any voidable bonuses or fraudulently obtained amounts) will be returned subject to completed KYC verification.

05 Deposits & Payments

phw9 accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed on the Cashier page within your Account and are subject to change.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. phw9 may request proof that the payment method is owned by you as part of KYC verification.

phw9 does not extend credit. You may only wager funds that are already present in your Wallet. phw9 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit triggers a fraud or compliance alert, pending investigation.

06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 to 60 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times are targets and may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6.2 Withdrawal Requirements

All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available Real Money Funds balance (Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements are met);
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment method registered in your own name and, where applicable, the same method used for your most recent deposit;
• No outstanding investigations, compliance reviews, or disputes relating to your Account are pending.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are displayed on the Cashier page. phw9 reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits based on your Account status, verification level, and transaction history.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

phw9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback programs, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, validity periods, and maximum withdrawal limits on bonus-derived winnings.

Where bonus terms are silent on a particular matter, the following general provisions apply:

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable in their credited form; only winnings generated after meeting the stated wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Real Money Funds are used for wagering before Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• phw9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time, with or without notice, where phw9 reasonably determines that the bonus is being abused or exploited.
• Players who open accounts solely to claim bonuses and subsequently withdraw without genuine gaming activity may have their bonuses voided and withdrawals reversed.

08 Gaming Rules

Each game type available on the phw9 Platform — including live casino games, slots, crash games, fishing games, bingo, and sports betting — is governed by specific game rules published within or alongside each game. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules prevail to the extent of the conflict.

phw9 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live casino games are operated by human dealers in professional studio environments and are streamed to players in real time. Game outcomes are determined by the game mechanics and, where applicable, by genuine random chance.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phw9's recorded server-side data shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that round. phw9 is not liable for losses caused by connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a malfunction voids a game round, stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phw9 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet balance, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Opening, operating, or attempting to open more than one Account;
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI agents, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform in an automated manner not authorized by phw9;
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Engaging in "chip dumping," arbitrage betting, matched betting using phw9 funds, or any form of systematic bonus abuse;
• Attempting to access another Player's Account without authorization;
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on legitimate transactions;
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the phw9 Platform, including but not limited to the phw9 brand name, logo, trade name, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video, game content, and all other materials (collectively, the "Content"), is owned by or licensed to phw9 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, or otherwise exploit any Content without the express prior written consent of phw9.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

phw9 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Responsible Gaming

phw9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm to our players. phw9 provides the following tools, accessible to all Players free of charge from within their Account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) — caps on the maximum amount you may deposit in a given period;
• Session time limits — alerts and automatic session endings based on time played;
• Net loss limits — caps on the maximum amount you may lose in a given period;

• Self-exclusion — voluntary account suspension for a defined period (24 hours to permanent) during which login, deposits, and wagering are blocked.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phw9 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phw9's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

phw9 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the Platform. phw9 may suspend or restrict access to the Platform, or to specific games, for scheduled or emergency maintenance, security purposes, or compliance reasons, without incurring any liability to Players.

14 Amendments to These Terms

phw9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes that significantly affect your rights as a Player — phw9 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notice on the Platform, sending an email to your registered address, or by in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 4.3.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your Account, or any game outcome, you are encouraged to first contact phw9 support to seek an informal resolution. phw9 will endeavour to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.

If an informal resolution is not achieved, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
